General Terms and Conditions of Mobiland

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or via PayPal. Customers in Switzerland can also pay using the PostFinance Card and E-Finance.

Delivery of the Products

After successful payment in the shop, you will receive a product key and the necessary links to download the software.

License Terms

During the installation of the software, specific license terms for each product will be displayed. If you do not agree to these terms and cancel the installation at that point, you may return the software license within 3 months.

Return of Products

As long as the software has not been activated with the product key during or after installation, you may return the licenses up to 3 months after purchase. Please contact our support team for this.

Problems with the Products

If you experience any issues with the products, please contact our support team. If the problem is caused by an error in our software, no additional costs will be incurred (apart from possible telephone charges if you contact us by phone).

Applicable law

Swiss law is applicable. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is at the registered office of Mobiland. Mobiland is, however, entitled to file a legal dispute with the court responsible for your place of residence or registered office.
